CHANDIGARH: Dr. Inderbir Singh Nijjar has been appointed pro-tem speaker of 16th Punjab Vidhan Sabha. Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit on Wednesday administered oath to Dr. Inderbir Singh Nijjar at a simple but impressive ceremony in Punjab Raj Bhawan.
