CHANDIGARH:BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh today condemned the killing of a Hindu businessman in Sindh province in Pakistan and demanded Punjab PCC president Navjot Sidhu to explain why Hindus were being killed in the tenure of hir bosom friend Imran Khan who is prime minister of Pakistan.
Chugh said Sidhu had also hugged the Pakistan Army chief Gen Bajwa so warmly so why could he not ensure the safety and protection of the Hindus and the Sikhs in Pakistan ? Why is Sidhu sleeping on the matter, Chugh questioned.
Expressing his serious concern at the law and order situation in Pakistan Chugh said in the last six months, eight Sikhs and Hindus have been killed in Pakistan. While demanding complete security for minorities in Pakistan, Chugh said Sudhu should come to the forefront to take up the issue with the Pakistan authorities. "Sidhu has been publicly demonstrating his love for the Pakistan authorities, so he should also ensure that minorities are safeguarded in Pakistan, " Chugh added.
A Pakistani Hindu businessmanSatan La was shot dead in the Ghotki district after a dispute with some members of the Dahar community in Sindh province, in the latest attack on the minority community in the country, according to a media report.
The murder has triggered protests in several towns of Ghotki. On Tuesday, a large number of protesters blocked the National Highway to protest the killing of Lal
