PHAGWARA: National Farmers Leader Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal launched a scathing attack on the Bhagwant Mann government for its complete collapse in governance bringing shame to the state. He said that the shocking revelation of Cabinet Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal heading a ‘non-existent’ Department of Administrative Reforms for 20 months has exposed the utter incompetence and disorder in Bhagwant Mann’s government to run the state.
He ridiculed the AAP government, stating, “This government has turned into an absolute circus. As people on social media rightly say—‘Elect a clown, expect a circus!’ When a state is run by irresponsible and clueless leaders, this is the kind of disaster that follows.”
He questioned how for nearly two years, neither the Chief Minister nor the bureaucracy realized that a cabinet minister was leading a non-existent department. He further slammed Bhagwant Mann for his inability to govern, saying that AAP’s misrule has reduced Punjab to a ‘Rangla’ and ‘Kangla’ state. He also took aim at AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of using Punjab as an experimental playground for his deceptive politics while sitting comfortably in Delhi.
He said, "Kejriwal and Mann have made Punjab a joke. Their ministers don’t know their own portfolios, their governance is non-existent, and their only expertise lies in fooling people with fake promises." The BJP leader urged Punjabis to see through AAP’s fraud and incompetence, warning that if this misrule continues, Punjab’s future will be in grave danger. He reiterated that the only party capable of restoring Punjab’s lost glory and ensuring real development is the BJP under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
