OP Soni conducts surprise check of Civil Hospital Amritsar

AMRITSAR: Keeping in view the rising number of dengue cases, Deputy Chief Minister Mr. O.P. Soni has started checking the hospitals in which he was paying close attention to the arrangements made for the dengue patients.

He also visited the dengue ward to check the arrangements made for dengue patients during the check up at Civil Hospital Amritsar.
He said that I have directed the Secretary, Director, Joint Director of the department to spend 2-2 days in a week in the field to check and improve the arrangements.

During the visit, Soni met about 50 patients today and talked to them about the hospital arrangements in which no negligence was found and no one complained.

He commended the Civil Surgeon Amritsar and the management of the Civil Hospital for their satisfaction over this arrangement. "We have all kinds of arrangements. I have also checked the laboratory of the hospital and no negligence has been seen anywhere, " he said.
