North India's First Anti-Aging HBOT Machine Installed in Mohali
MOHALI: Nowadays, most people are struggling with lifestyle diseases, and conditions like BP and diabetes often require lifelong medication, which also brings several side effects due to allopathic medicines. To provide a solution to these problems, Dr. Pravesh Kadian has established the Global Hyperbaric Medical Center in Mohali, where a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) machine* has been installed. This machine treats incurable diseases with *100% pure oxygen.

During a press conference, Dr. Pravesh Kadian explained the treatment process, stating that patients are placed in an HBOT chamber, where they inhale 100% pure oxygen at a pressure of 1 Absolute Atmosphere (ATA), which is higher than sea level pressure. This pure oxygen dissolves in the blood and reaches every cell of the body, repairing damaged cells and helping patients recover.

He further stated that this therapy can treat BP, diabetes, erectile dysfunction, cancer, and autism effectively.

Dr. Pravesh Kadian was previously a government doctor at Sector 6 Civil Hospital, Panchkula, but he left his government job to set up this machine. Before starting treatment, patients undergo all necessary tests, and their case history is reviewed to determine a suitable treatment plan. Each session requires the patient to sit in the chamber for about an hour, where they receive a prescribed dose of 100% pure oxygen based on their illness.

Dr. Kadian also mentioned that he completed a specialized course and training as a hyperbaric physician from England and obtained a degree in this field. He highlighted that this technology is already popular abroad, but treatments there are extremely expensive. Keeping the middle class in mind, he has set the cost of each session between ₹4, 000 to ₹7, 000, making it more affordable for patients.
