PHILLAUR: After the Central Election Committee of Indian National Congress announced the candidates for upcoming assembly elections in Punjab, Vikramjit Singh Chaudhary wholeheartedly thanked the party president Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and the entire leadership for declaring his candidature from Phillaur constituency.
He said that he had been working for the people of Phillaur for the last five years and was grateful to the leadership for recognizing his hard work.
Vikramjit Chaudhary stated that the people of Punjab will repose their faith in Congress party again.
"Our government has delivered on its promises made to the people. Our track record of development and welfare works is unparalleled. The people are happy with our policies and will vote for us again, " he said.
Chaudhary stated that he will win the Phillaur seat by a large margin and will be the voice of people in Vidhan Sabha.
