MOGA:An 18-year-old girl and her elder sister (24) were shot and killed in Manuke Gill Village in Moga yesterday. The accused has been identified as Gurvir Singh by DSP Parsan Singh .He is son of Skekha Khurd village sarpanch Sukhwinder Kaur. Both sisters died during treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot.
The younger sister Kanwalpreet was shot dead in the head on the other hand elder sister received a bullet in the neck. Both of the women ran a beauty parlour. The culprit ran away in a car after the incident said SHO Gurpreet Singh .A FIR has been lodged against him and man hunt is going on.
The sources said that the women were in the car when the accused pulled them out and opened the fire. The doctor at CHC said, 'Few locals brought two women. No identification documents were on them. They were referred to GMCH, Faridkot where they died.
