Born in a modest setting near Bhatinda District, Punjab, Dr. Uppal's journey from humble beginnings to scholarly heights underscores his unwavering passion for knowledge and learning. He embarked on his academic career at D.A.V. College, Malout in 1987 as a part-time lecturer, ascending to his current eminent role through dedication and scholarly prowess.
