AMRITSAR: The work of repairing the Darshani Deori at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib started today after prayers.
At the beginning of the service, Head Granthi and Jathedar Sri Akal Takht Sahib Giani Raghbir Singh, President of Shiromani Committee Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, Additional Chief Granthi Giani Amarjit Singh, Baba Pradeep Singh Bore Wale and other prominent personalities were present at the beginning of the service.
Talking on this occasion, Shiromani Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami said that the executive committee had decided on the repair of Darshani Deori at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib.
The service of this work was handed over to Baba Pradeep Singh Bore. He said that the interior of Darshini Deori will be renovated according to the ancient look.
The Shiromani Committee President said that the enamel work inside Darshani Deori will be preserved in exactly the same way, for which the services of artisans from Rajasthan are being taken. He also told that outside Darshini Deori, car service is also being conducted for brass forests.
On this occasion, Shiromani Committee member Advocate Bhagwant Singh Sialka, Bhai Amarjit Singh Bandala, S. Rampal Singh Bahniwal, Manager of Sri Darbar Sahib. Bhagwant Singh Dhangera, s. Ajit Singh Ghukewali, Additional Manager. Bikramjit Singh Jhangi, JE S. Shamsher Singh and others were present.
