Attack on Chandigarh Police, signs of beginning of terrorism in Punjab, will file PIL in High Court: Shandilya

PUNJAB NEWS EXPRESS | February 10, 2023 07:25 PM

CHANDIGARH: National President of Anti Terrorist Front India Viresh Shandilya said that the attack on Chandigarh Police was not by miscreants but by terrorists. And on February 4, his Anti-Terrorist Front India submitted a memorandum to the Governor of Punjab, Banwarilal Purohit, that the Quami Insaaf Morcha in Mohali should be immediately removed as it was demanding the release of the terrorists.

And the way the Chandigarh Police was attacked, it has become a sign of return of militancy in Punjab Chandigarh. When Chandigarh Police is not safe then the whole country is not safe. Even though the Chandigarh Police registered a case under 307. But this registered case will not make any difference because Khalistan, Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala supporters, Amritpal supporters and gangsters are involved with Qaumi Insaf Morcha. To save Punjab and the country, such people will now have to give orders for firing to the police to Home Minister Amit Shah.

Terrorists are involved in Qaumi Insaf Morcha and Qaumi Insaf Morcha wants to fight itself with the law, with the constitution, with the Indian tricolor on the basis of arms. National President of Anti Terrorist Front India Viresh Shandilya said that now the people of the country will have to wake up. Terrorism has spread in Punjab which is not visible to the public. He said that if the DGP of Punjab does not add terrorist sections, anti-national sections against those who attacked the police, then he will file a public interest litigation in the Punjab Haryana High Court on behalf of Anti Terrorist Front India and Viresh Shandilya has demanded that Immediately all the people of Qaumi Insaf Morcha including the family members of Amritpal Singh, Jagtar Singh Hawara should be arrested under terrorist sections.

Viresh Shandilya said that the attack on Chandigarh Police by Nihangs has lowered the morale of the people of the country. Now the government should take up arms and deploy the army in Punjab. If the central government continues to delay one day, then terrorism will rise in Punjab and the roads of Punjab will be red with blood and Punjab will be empty. Already industry is migrating from Punjab.
