MOGA: Department of Health and Family Welfare Punjab and Civil Surgeon Moga Dr. Under the direction of Rupinder Kaur Gill, Senior Medical Officer Dr. Under the able leadership of Surinder Singh Jhammat, the second batch of training program for government school teachers under Ayushman Bharat Health Wellness Program was started at Diet Dussehra Ground Moga of Block Moga-1 . Before this, about 49 teachers in the first batch received training successfully.
On the occasion of starting the second four-day training program, Dr. Senior Medical Officer Dhudike. Surinder Singh Jhamt said that under this training program teachers will be trained through 11 modules of health education which will be very beneficial for the students. The master trainer of this training is Dr. Simarpal Singh said that this second four-day training of teachers was conducted by Civil Surgeon Moga Dr. Dr. Rupinder Kaur Gill, District Vaccination Officer. Ashok Singla, Dr. Inderveer Singh, District Education Officer Moga Sr. Chamkaur Singh, Deputy District Education Officer Rakesh Kumar Makkar, Lakhwinder Singh Block Educator, Raj Kumar Senior Pharmacy Officer, District School Health Coordinator Sukhbir Singh and Raman Kumar Block Account Officer have started Health Wellness Ambassador Training under Ayushman Bharat.
Dr. Simarpal Singh said that as before Dr. Ajay Kumar Moga, Shri Satpal Kalra Government High School Jaimalwala, Shri Sukhjinder Singh Government Girls Senior Secondary School Butar, Shri Amandeep Singh Government High School Kothe Mallian will be the master trainers of this training. He said that this training will be very beneficial for the mental and physical development of the students. On the first day of this training, information was given about personal autonomy, importance of nutrition and development of children. During the training, problems related to teenagers were also discussed by the teachers.
