Nation’s Veteran Pride MP ND Gupta & Entrepreneur JP Gaur invoked LPU Students to imbibe all-round progress

PHAGWARA: Nation’s veteran pride, ninety-two years old class-entrepreneur & Founder of Jaypee Group, Shri Jaiprakash Gaur; Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), Narain Dass Gupta visited Lovely Professional University (LPU) campus. Both of them had a desire to be an eye-witness to LPU’s substantial progress over a small number of years. Both of them quoted this feeling while interacting with LPU’s students and staff members at the Shanti Devi Mittal auditorium of the university. During interactions, both of them motivated students to always stay committed to success by sharing their many decades’ experiences of various ups & downs, hard times and distinguished success ultimately.

LPU Chancellor Dr Ashok Kumar Mittal and Pro Chancellor Mrs Rashmi Mittal received elite guests at the university's helipad. Dr Mittal apprised all about the illustrious life of the veteran leaders in their respective fields. Dr Mittal also mentioned that Shri Gaur has been his inspiration in setting up the university. Jaypee University’s advertisement in 2003 gave him inspiration as well as guidance on setting up LPU.

A Civil Engineer from IIT Roorkee, Shri Jaiprakash Gaur is the founder chairman of Jaypee Group-a conglomerate with an illustrious emphasis on engineering, construction, cement, and hydropower production. Using many inspiring key-liners, a symbol of simplicity, yet agility; Shri Gaur asked all to follow education of values that makes people able and skilful. Emerge as good citizens of the nation and utilize its capital being its right trustees. Sharing about the slavery days of the country, Shri Gaur asked all to keep on working with patience to see success ultimately. He wanted fearlessness, cordiality, flexibility with perseverance among all, and to keep on trying until gaining positive outcomes.

Gupta is a practising chartered accountant and former president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). While interacting, he invoked all to learn how to accommodate and acknowledge others. Dream about a project of your preferences, and work on that with positive and regular aspects. He encouraged all to set their goals and continue going ahead for the same.
