MOHALI: Mannat, a student of School of Law at Bahra University, Solan, has done her university proud by bagging the coveted Miss Himachal title at the World Fitness Federation (WFF) Miss Himachal contest held at Una.
Mannat has in the past won titles including Miss Shimla 2024, MV Miss Himachal First Runner-Up, and Miss Glamour 2023.
Speaking after being crowned Mannat attributed her success to the motivation provided by her mother whom she described as her inspiration. “As a single parent, my mother did so much for me. She has always been my role model, managing both a police job and home, ” she said.
Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra lauded the achievement of Mannat and expressed hope that she would win more such titles and be successful in life.
Elated after bagging the title, Mannat, a BA LLB student at Bahra University, expressed her gratitude to university’s Chancellor, Gurvinder Singh Bahra. “He has always motivated me, boosted my confidence, and encouraged me to participate in such events. The university has provided an environment that felt like a second home to me.”
Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Vice-Chancellor Professor Satvir Singh Sahgal, Director General Prof RM Bhagat, Registrar Vineet Kumar, congratulated Mannat on her achievement.
