Renowned Philanthropist Pt Sudesh Sharma and Congress MC Sushil Maini who mediated and brought back in the mainstream of the congress have welcomed Prabhakar.
It may be mentioned here that Congress Councilors Ram Paul Uppal, Padam Dev Sudhir and Munish Parbhakar. Joined AAP on January 28 but Prabhakar today returned back to his home(parent party congress.
