PHAGWARA: A Mahilpur resident Paramjit Singh was killed on the spot while his wife Gurminder Kaur sustained serious injuries when a car in which they were going to Jalandhar side dashed against a pole near Mehli-pass on Banga—Phagwara highways on Wednesday Evening.
Eyewitnesses told that the car was being driven by Paramjit who lost his control from the vehicle while talking with his wife. The injured Gurminder Kaur was admitted in local civil hospital.The car badly damaged in the mishap.
