PHAGWARA: The district administration Kapurthala has launched a helpline number 84273-43323 to file a ccomplaint, if surveyors or anyone else demands money for survey under the Pradhan Mantri Avas Yojana as the survey has been conducted free of cost by the administration.
Deputy commissioner Amit Kumar Panchal said that the survey is going on full swing by the Rural development and panchayat department till March 31, 2025. He also said that the people would be able to use AvasPlus 2024 app for self survey . He said that till now , survey has been conducted for 6795 applicants besides self survey has been done by 102 applicants.
Mr. Panchal has also said that the district administration will take stern action against the fraudulent persons who demands money for survey , if any . He said that the district administration is fully committed to cover all the eligible applicants under this welfare scheme .
