PM Modi has always kept his doors open for Sikhs: BJP General Secretary Manthri Srinivaslu

DAMDAMA SAHIB (TALWANDI SABO): Manthri Srinivaslu BJP General secretary and incharge of Punjab today said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi understands the concerns of the Sikh community, which is why he has completed many projects that have been pending for the past 70 years, including the Kartarpur Corridor.

During his visit to Bathinda today, Srinivaslu visited Takht Sri Damdama Sahib, offered obeisance and prayed for the peace of Punjab and the strengthening of brotherhood. Meanwhile, he showed deep interest in getting information about the history of Takht Sahib.

On this occasion, Sikh leader of BJP and advisor of National Commission for Minorities Prof Sarchand Singh and BJP leader Subodh Verma were also present with him.

Srinivaslu said that Prime Minister Modi's celebration of the 400th birth centenary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur ji at the Red Fort in Delhi and Veer Bal Diwas dedicated to the martyrdom of the younger Sahibzades across the country are proof of love and respect for the Sikh community. He said that Sikh-friendly Prime Minister Modi has always kept his doors open for Sikhs.

Expressing concern over the current situation of Punjab, Mr. Niwasalu said that the current situation of the state should be taken seriously before it becomes a big threat to the Punjabi community.

He also said that Punjab is prone to great confusion due to the abundance of gangsters, drugs and law and order. He said that enemy forces have always been on the lookout to create chaos in the border state of Punjab.

He said that for the betterment of Punjab, the central government is giving all possible support to Punjab, but the deteriorated law and order in Punjab is not suitable for capital investment. For which the incompetent leadership of the Aam Aadmi Party is responsible.
