CHANDIGARH: BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa who had resigned from post of president of Delhi Sikh Gurdawara Management Committee(DSGMC) to join BJP today announced that he has taken back his resignation for better management of DSGMC affairs.
He has announced that after his resignation, the committee failed to hold general house meeting and due to technocal issues, the salaries of staff were also not paid. He said that he has rejoined as President of DSGMC. He said that he would continue till new committee is formed.
In a way the BJP has got control of DSGMC which was earlier under the control of Shiromani Akali Dal(Badal). In the recently held general elections of Gurdawara committee, the SAD had lost control of the committee. It is understood that SAD has hatched conspiracy in league with BJP to eastablish their control and to prevent Sarna group from taking control of the DSGMC.
