Kangana Ranaut says Parliament house has become a 'comedy show', calls Rahul Gandhi a Joker
CHANDIGARH: Controversial actor and BJP MP from Mandi Kangana Ranaut today said that the Parliament House has become a comedy show and Rahul Gandhi is a joker who entertains the house.
In an interview with News 18 TV channel, Kangana said that Rahul Gandhi talks nonsense in the parliament and talk absurd things while he is abroad. She rejected the statement of Rahul Gandhi that Sikhs are not allowed to wear turban or 'kara'(bangal) in India. She said that he would try to distract the Prime Minister Narender Modi during his address in the Lok Sabha. He makes funny moves in the house, she commented.
She endorsed the comments of Union Minister Ravneet Bottu calling Rahul Gandhi a terrorist. She said what Bittu had said today, she was saying it since long. She said that Rahul Gandhi was not a matured person and he needs to upgrade his political wisdom.
Kangana Ranaut defended calling Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindrawala a terrorist and said that she was upset that she was told to make some cuts in the movie 'Emergency'. She said that she took the help of four historians who endorsed about 'Bhindrawala' who was hiding in the temple and carrying sophisticated arms that are available to US army alone.
Kangana Ranaut said that she was sure ninety nine percent people of Punjab would like her movie 'Emergency'. She said that everybody knows that Bhindrawala was a terrorist and he demanded Khalistan.
She said that only handful people were opposing her movie and she faced threats and losses dur to delay in the release of her movie. She also said that censor board had become a redundant body and it is not required. She said that on OTT extreme violence and objectionable content was being shown and there is no check on it.
She also reiterated her previous statement that gang rapes and murders had occurred during the farmers agitation. She demied that BJP high command had reparimanded her over her remarks against farmers. She said that she had onoy received a list of party's policy on various issues.
