PHAGWARA: Nakodar police have recovered the body of NRI Mohindar Singh a resident of Kang Sahibu village.
Nakodar Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Kulwindar Singh Virk said the body was recovered from Moga Canal which was thrown in a canal outside Moga Canal.
DSP said both accused Manjot Singh alias Jot son of Harjindar Singh a resident of Kang Sahibu village and Harjindar Singh alias Lali alias Manjidar Singh son of Tarlochan Singh a resident of Hamiri Kherra village under Kapurthala Sadar police were produced in a court which remanded them to police custody adding that section 103(murder) and 3(5) (committing the crime with common intention ) of the BNS has been added in the FIR.
