21 Kilogram Heroin smuggled from Pakistan seized

AMRITSAR : BSF has seized 21 kilogram Heroin (drug) which was smuggled from Pakistan to India but smugglers managed to escape back to Pakistan.

Confirming the seizure today, BSF DIG R.S Kataria said that incident took place around 3.30 a.m when BSF night patrolling party noticed some suspicious moments on Indo-Pak border BOP Narli, immediately rushed on the spot, saw some Pakistani smugglers were throwing drug Packets to Indian village field. When BSF challenged them they fired gun shots and BSF retaliated in a similar manner. Smugglers managed to escape back to Pakistan under the cover of darkness.
