AMRITSAR: Congress Lok Sabha candidate Gurjit Singh Aujla today reached Jallianwala Bagh to pay tribute to the martyrs and honored the freedom fighters. The Congress party is fully prepared for the Lok Sabha elections under the leadership of Punjab Pradesh Congress President Shri Amarendra Singh Raja Wadding. Speaking during the meeting, Gurjit Singh Aujla said that the Aam Aadmi Party government is conducting illegal trials on Congress leaders and workers and is shedding the blood of the youth of Punjab. Today, the same party on which the people of Punjab voted with great confidence has shown its true colours. Almost every section including farmers, labourers, employees are protesting against the government. Within 2 years, the people of Punjab have become disillusioned with the government and have understood that it is pushing Punjab towards destruction. He also attacked the BJP government at the Center and said that the Bharatiya Janata Party government is doing politics of religion. Narendra Modi wants to make India a Hindu nation. It seems that this time they want to take votes on the issue of Ram Temple, but the people of India do not like such politics, so they will not fall into the trap of Modi this time. He said that the brave people of Punjab and India had once liberated India in 1947, but now again the people are excited to liberate the India given by Modi to Adani Abani.
