Himachal Pradesh ranks best performing CM of the country

SHIMLA:Himachal Pradesh has been ranked best performing state across the country in a nation-wide survey conducted by an independent agency IANS-C voter survey. The state scored 73.96 per cent compared to Karnataka (67.21 percent); Assam (67.17 per cent); Madhya Pradesh (58.73 per cent);Gujrat (57.81 per cent) and Uttar Pradesh (57.81 per cent). All India average of satisfaction is 57.36 per cent.
Besides, chief minister Jai Ram Thakur was adjudged 7th best performing chief ministers of the country. Jal Shakti and Horticulture Minister Mahender Singh Thakur and Education Minister Suresh Bhardwaj has congratulated the Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur for being voted as the best performing chief minister of the country besides being ranked as the best chief minister among the BJP ruled States of the country on basis of satisfaction rank.
Mahender Singh and Suresh Bhardwaj said that it was also proud moment for the State that Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur had been ranked as the most popular Chief Minister of the country amongst the BJP ruled States and 7th most popular Chief Minister of the country as a whole.

They said that Himachal Pradesh was not only forging ahead on the path of progress and prosperity under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur but has also effectively tackled the impact of corona pandemic in the State. He said that the steps like Active Case Finding Campaign launched by the State Government to identify people with ILI symptoms have been appreciated even by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi
