NEW DELHI: Big Dreams Bigger Achievements… …Inspiring Women was held on 29.9.2018 at India Islamic Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi in the presence of distinguished guests and an imposing gathering.The book is published under the banner of Anhad Publications.
The Foreword of the book has been given by Dr.Sonal Mansingh, Padma Vibhushan , MP - Rajya Sabha. The book also carries a special message from Mrs. Shahnaz Husain and she appreciates the work of the author Dr. Gagandeep Kaur Gulati to have written the book.
Mr K.T.S. Tulsi, a Rajya Sabha member and senior advocate at Supreme Court of India was the chief guest of the launch function. Other Eminent personalities present were :PadmashreeMrs Shovana Narayan (Indian Classical Dancer and IAS Retired), Dr. Sandeep Marwah (Founder- Marwah Studio), Ms Rina Dhaka (Bollywood Fashion Designer), Mrs Ratan Kaul (Founder- Public Diplomacy Forum), Ms Sangeeta Gupta (Retired Income Tax Commissioner, Delhi) and may more.
The book shares the journey of 25 successful and leading women of India who have achieved excellence in their respective fields. These women include: Shahnaz Husain, Shovana Narayan, Ratan Kaul, Rupal Dalal, Deepika Chawla, Nonah Khanna, etc.
Dr. Gagandeep Kaur Gulati belongs to Chandigarh and is a Ph.D. Doctor and teaching presently at IITM at New Delhi. She did her Ph.D. in Commerce and Management from the University Business School department of Punjab University Chandigarh. Dr. Gagandeep Kaur has a vast experience of Industry and Academic field. She has written various research papers and presented them in various national and international conferences. Her work has been published in various journals and books as well. She has done M.Com, MBA and M.Edu as well Ph.D., all in Human Resource Management from Punjab University Chandigarh.Gagandeep also follows her passion of writing and serving the society. She is associated with various NGO’s and believes in the welfare of the society at large.
