A court here on Wednesday convicted nine people, including a woman whose NGO was running an orphanage, of sexually exploiting minors while one person was acquitted.

The Authority has decided to take legal free services to the common man who has been on the sideline of justice all these years. In a bid to bring more and more people under its ambit of free legal services, the Authority has hiked three-time income limit for seeking legal aids. It has amended the income limit and hiked the income limit from Rs one lakh to Rs three lakh.
