Delhi Govt releases pictorial design of futuristic Najafgarh sports complex

NEW DELHI: Delhi cabinet on Wednesday approved a Rs 140 crore Sports Complex Project in Kair Village in Najafgarh. The proposed sports complex spreading across 18.2 acres consists of FIFA Certified Football Stadium, Cricket Ground as per the ICC standards, a Swimming Pool, Volley Ball and Lawn Tennis Courts along with a full-fledged gymnasium. The indoor stadium in the complex will have facilities for Badminton, Basket Ball, Kabaddi, Wrestling, Boxing and Table Tennis. The Sports complex will also have an outer jogging track and sufficient parking facilities.
