Day Long Conference on Network and Communication Organized at KCET

AMRITSAR : The experts at the day-long national Conference `High performance networks and communication-2017 at Khalsa College of Engineering and Technology deliberated on the new ways of communication networks. They said the world is united through the networks like never before in the human history.

Organized with the collaboration of department of science and technology, government of India, the conference provided an ample opportunity for industrial professionals, faculty members and researchers to present their papers. Dr. Lalit Awasthi, Director, NIT Jalandhar who was the key note speaker spoke about the challenges before the information technology sector.

Dr. Amol Bhondekar, Principal Scientist, CSIR-CSIO, Chandigarh also discussed about the high performance 5G network in IT and how that will change the who scenario in the coming days. He also focused on the new research area of Artificial Organoleptics.
An expert talk on securing password in E-Commerce was delivered by Dr. Sandeep K. Sood, Associate Dean and Professor, GNDU, Gurdaspur. Participants from different regions across the country presented their research papers. Chief Patron of the Conference Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina said that the country was looking at the digital revolution in which the technology will plays its major part.

Principal KCET Dr. Amarpal Singh and Convener of the conference Dr. Manju Bala welcomed the Chief Guest earlier and said that such interaction help the students to apprise themselves about the latest techniques and technologies in the sector. Dr. Manoj Kumar, Director DAVIET, Jalandhar delivered expert talk and was the Chief Guest in the valedictory ceremony of the National Conference, said Principal Dr. Amarpal Singh.
