Two drug peddlers held with 1 kg opium

JALANDHAR :  In an ongoing anti drug drive in Punjab,the Jalandhar police arrests two big fishes of drug peddles and recovers out of their possession 2 kg intoxicant powder ,documents pertaining to house and agricultural land and two vehicles including a tractor.
This was stated by SSP Gurpreet Singh Bhullar here on Wednesday at a press conference.He said two drug peddlers in two seperate cases were arrested and recovered 2 kg intoxicant powder,housing properties,twelve acre agricultural land will also likely be attached.Not only that a Mahendra tractor, a Tata 407 canter vehicles out of their possession and identified as Amir Singh (50) alias Amiri and Mohindra Singh (60) both residents of OF village village Dharme Dian Chhanna in Mahetpur district.district. Bhullar said both the alleged accused had huge Kothies,cars,farm lands,a Mohindra tractor,a Tata 407 truck out of the drug smuggling.
SSP said that the accused had been operating with forged Aadhar cards as an identities,rather both the accused have been facing separate many criminal trials of drug peddling and smuggling at different places.
Bhullar said the accused used to smuggle drugs from Firozpur (Punjab & Pakistan border area) ant sell earning huge profit in the Surprisingly he said there seemed to be no source of their income it was hard nut to crack accumulating huge property and leading a lavish life.
Bhullar said his team will intensify against the anti drug Mafia people
