Mohali administration cancels licence of WWICS immigration compamy

CHANDIGARH: The Deputy Commissioner of Mohali has cancelled the licence of Immigration company WWICS(World Wide Immingration Consltants) on the ground that company owner Lt.Col Baljit Singh Sandhu(Retd) had concealed facts about criminal case against him.

The Deputy Commissioner Gupreet Kaur Sapra said that some key officials, the sons of Sandhu had also concealed the fact that they are Canadian citizes. The WWICS is running over 15 ofices in India several international offices including in Canada, Australia, Dubai, Sharjah and Nairobi.

The WWICS had not taken permission from RBI before opening company in India since promoters are Canadian citizens. Devinder Singh Sandhu son of Col Sandhu is also Canadian citizen.

Col Sandhu also owns Forest Hill resorts and Country club near Chandigarh and also promoted some real estate projects.
