Gurdaspur court further extended Langah's police remand for three days

GURDASPUR: The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Gurdaspur tdoay further extended the police remand of former Punab Minister Sucha Singh Langah for three days in a rape case. He was presented in court after expiry of his one day police remand. Prior to it court granted five days remand of Langah.

Langah was arrested by Punjab Police on a complaint of rape, intimidation and cheating submitted by a woman police employee. Langah has reportedly raped the woman for nine years and also sold her property fraudulently.

The SAD workers who assembled in the court complex today raised slogans against Langah. Yesterday supporters of Langah had raised slogans in his favour.
