Punjab Police, Vigilance pays homage to DSP Rajesh Kumar

CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Police contingent presented a guard of honour as a mark of homage to DSP Vigilance Rajesh Kumar during his last rites performed in cremation ground at Chandigarh, who passed away on Wednesday at Chandigarh due to cardiac attack.

 Secretary Vigilance Vivek Pratap Singh led the Vigilance Department Punjab in paying floral tributes to Rajesh Kumar, who was credited with outstanding services in the state police.

Director Vigilance Bureau Punjab G. Nageswara Rao laid a wreath on behalf of Chief Director Vigilance Bureau B.K. Uppal and IG Personnel V.Neerja on behalf of Director General of Punjab Suresh Arora.

Senior officers of Punjab Police and Vigilance including employees and people from all walks of life attended the cremation.
