AAP student wing to contest elections of Punjab University- Meet Hayer

CHANDIGARH: The student wing of Aam Aadmi Party, CYSS will contest the upcoming student elections in Punjab university and colleges of state.
In a press statement, AAP student wing and MLA Meet Hayer said that a meeting to finalise the decision of contesting student elections was held under the guidence of state co-president Dr. Balbir Singh and other senior leaders. AAP student leaders Amrit Sidhu, Navjot Kaur Lambi and Parminder Singh Jaswal attended the meeting.
 Meet Hayer said that youth of country is the backbone of AAP and the party will utilize the energy of youngsters in a constructive way. He said that as the people of state have sent youngsters like him to Punjab Vidhan Sabha to raise their voice, more and more youngsters from non political backgrounds will be given representation in student elections.
