Dr. Maninder Minhas motivated students to achieve laurels in Life

JALANDHAR  : The desire to win and the urge to reach your full potential are the keys that help to unlock the door to personal excellence said by Dr. Maninder Minhas (Civil Surgeon, Jalandhar) while addressing the students of CT Group of Institutions at its Maqsudan Campus.
Dr. Minhas interacted with the students during a motivational talk series ‘She Walks She Talks’ initiated by Jasmine Toor Bhatara and followed by Canada India Tanpreet Parmar. Dr. Minhas became the part of third motivational talk under the series.
Dr. Minhas shared her personal experiences and shared the journey from having a desire being a journalist of becoming a Doctor, she said, “I always wanted be into Journalism, had a habit of writing but as per my father wish I jumped into medical field. Since then, I never turned back and followed a journey from a Medical Officer to a Civil Surgeon.”
She said, “The journey has been wonderful with lots of ups and downs, I urge all the youngsters to never step back to achieve laurels in life.”
She motivated the students to try new and different arenas of life, said, “I always try to do stuff I haven't done before or challenge myself so I'm not resting on my laurels all of the time because if I just found my little niche and never left it, I'd be pretty boring, I think. I don't want to rest on my laurels. I still feel like I'm learning a lot about my life and my field.”
Mrs. Parminder Kaur Channi (Co-Chairperson, CT Group of Institutions) and Dr. Jasdeep Kaur Dhammi (Director, Maqsduan Campus, CT Group of Institutions) appreciated the presence of Dr. Minhas for sharing her inspirational journey and salubrious thoughts with the students.
